Once your order has been sent out, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note once your order is dispatched, we cannot assume responsibility for any transit issues made by the postage provider. Please lodge a query to AusPost here.

  • Click + Collect Service : Select the ‘Click and Collect’ delivery option at checkout if you wish to come to pick up your purchase at our Healing Practice. We will contact you via email once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for collection. Choose this option, only if you are able to collect your items from our studio 

    Click & Collect customers are required to follow these regulations to protect both yourself and our Crystal Concierge team.

    1.     A face covering or mask must be worn (unless rules change).

    2.     Social distancing is required, please stand at least 1.5 metres away from others at all times.

    3.     On arrival, your order will be placed outside the door for you.

Soul Healing send all domestic parcels via Registered AusPost. Orders received over a weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Orders made on a public holiday will be processed the following business day. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery timings are subject to Australia Post and shipping provider services. Soul Healing cannot assume responsibility for any delays or delivery loss made by postage providers. Soul Healing send all International parcels via Australia Post air freight service. Orders received over a weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Orders made on a public holiday will be processed the following business day. If the order is received after 11am AEST, the order will be processed the next business day.

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive tracking information via email.

Timings are subject to Australia Post and international mail couriers shipping provider services. Soul Healing cannot assume responsibility for any delays by postage providers.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas at any time, these are the recommended guidelines from AusPost, however, delivery at this time can be extended due to their volume. These dates are just a guideline. We will try our best to get your orders out to you as quickly and safely as possible to ensure they get to you on time.


Returns & Exchanges

‘Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on crystal characteristics or on change of mind’

Stones are natural minerals each beautiful and unique in pattern and crystalline composure; therefore no two Soul Healing crystals will ever be the same. Please be aware as natural objects they’re appearance can vary from the images shown and they may contain tiny fissures and pits. Please expect to find inclusions and beautiful markings within the crystal itself.  Our designs and crystal cuts are made to show the beauty of a crystalline structure rather than looking like glass. Please be aware that our products are hand-cut so they will never be completely ‘perfect’.

All items purchased from Soul Healing are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is thoroughly inspected before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. We use bubble wrap padding envelopes to ensure your crystals arrive safely. However, accidents may occur during transit on the rare occasion.

For breakages and exchange requests, please email at hello@soulhealingpractice.com with your order number # and a photo along with your query, within 7 days of you receiving your parcel.

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Soul Healing. All refunds are made through the type of payment method in which you made the original purchase. Once we receive the item, we will begin to process the refund within 7-10 business days and we will notify you once the refund has been processed from our end.

Please note, Soul Healing may not reimburse return shipping charges on refunds or exchanges. Soul Healing bear no responsibility for the loss of an item being returned, which is why we recommend using registered mail to return an item. Soul Healing will not be held liable for items that are sent back broken or damaged, and may or may not process the refund/exchange if so.

After the 90-day warranty period. If you would like your jewellery repaired, please contact us to restring and restore your piece. Small fee applies.

Our Shipping & Handling Processing Time; has been extended from 1 day to 3 days. As we're taking extra precautions to make sure your orders are thoroughly cleansed and sanitised, we use a Hospital Grade Surface Disinfectant - ViroClear: Kills 99.99% of germs and bacteria, it is clinically proven in laboratory testing and 100% Australian made and owned.

In addition, we'll be monitoring the latest information including recommendations from the Australian Dep. Of Health and the World Health Org. and doing our part to stop the spread of this disease.

We'll continue to keep an eye on the situation and make further adjustments to our ACTION PLAN if and when necessary.
