You can expect to have your jewellery back to you in approximately 7 days after the day we receive it. However, some repairs may require us to order supplies to complete your repair. Therefore, it may take a little longer than the normal time frame. Most of the time, the repairs are completed within 1 week.

Soul Healing Store & Practice is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. We advise customers to use their own discretion when it comes to their personal jewellery; either insure it or send it with a tracking number if you are afraid of loosing your beloved piece. Also please make sure to clearly write a return address on the package if we need to send your repaired jewellery back, to a different address than the one that appears on your Service Fee Receipt. Most customers ship/post their items by Standard Air International with tracking (International Customers) or AU POST Registered Mail (Domestic Customers). We normally do not lose customer’s jewellery, if it is securely in our possession.
Once we have determined the cost of labour fees and materials to repair your crystal piece, you will be able to purchase the service from this site.
Note: A shipping fee is charge with your repair service, this fee is for us to ship your piece back to you. We always ship our pieces via registered shipping and a tracking number will be provided upon delivery.
Yes, absolutely!
Yes! we can. Please be very specific when it comes to lengths. Everyone has their own personal preference when it comes to comfort and aesthetic, whether it’s on their wrists or necks. When you measure; include in the required length the clasp or pendants if it has one (end to end) measure in inches or centimetres, what its easier for you just remember to specify your measurements if you have measured your jewellery in centimetres or inches to avoid misunderstandings. If you want to add more beads we can choose either the same beads (upon stock availability) or similar beads. For those who want to shorten their jewellery, we will simply remove the beads and keep the same pattern as it’s original. For those customers who want to lengthen their jewellery, we can send you photos of the additional beads per your request. However, most customers want their jewellery kept at the same length.
