It is with great news that as of Monday, October 25, we will be re-opening our Consulting Room to the Public. Soul Healing Practice have enacted measures to keep our clients, our crystals and our customers safe!

Below we have outlined our COVID Safe Plan.


Consulting Room re-opening

Further to the announcement from the VIC State Government, our Healing Practice will be re-opening on Monday 25, October for all the ‘Healing Sessions’ and the ‘Services’ we provide or unless otherwise advised by the VIC State Government.

If you have an upcoming appointment or pre-paid treatment during the temporary closures, it will be automatically cancelled, and you will need to reschedule. You can manage this via the website booking system, or you can contact me directly once we reopen, to reschedule.


Your Safety is our Highest Priority

Masks –

We will be wearing face masks to prioritise your health and safety. I kindly ask all Soul Healing Practice customers to also wear a face mask when visiting the Consulting Room (when and where required by government guidelines). If feeling unwell, please call us to reschedule your appointment.

Sanitation –

We personally conduct thorough sanitation of all surfaces between each client visit. We use a Hospital Grade Surface Disinfectant – ViroClear: Kills 99.99% of germs and bacteria, it is clinically proven in laboratory testing and 100% Australian made and owned.

Hand Sanitiser -

We provide hand sanitiser for all of our clients to use when in our Consulting Room.

QR Check in -

We have the mandatory use of the QR code for check in when entering our Consulting Room (when and where required by government guidelines).


Frequent & Asked Questions

What safety and hygiene protocols are in place?

Our Consulting Room practises the highest level of treatment hygiene, client care and protection, so you can feel comfortable attending your appointments with me. This includes:

  • Disinfectant and wipe down of treatment surfaces after each customer interaction.

  • Daily cleaning of the treatment room.

  • Thorough daily cleaning of all high touch areas with clinically proven disinfectant, including door handles, treatment bead, chairs, and hallway surfaces.

  • Availability of hand sanitiser in our Consulting Room.

What do I do about my upcoming appointment?

If you have appointments in the upcoming weeks at our Consulting Room that is temporarily closed, they will be cancelled, and you will need to re-schedule. You can manage this through the Soul Healing online booking system

What do I do about my Reiki Subscription during a temporary Consulting Room closure?

I will extend your Reiki Subscriptions, Reiki Gift Cards and Reiki Packages treatments for the period of time our Consulting Room is closed.

For example: If the Consulting Room is temporarily closed for 2 weeks, your pre-paid treatment validity, will be extended for 2 weeks.

Worldwide Website Orders - Handling & Processing time - 1 to 3 days

Our Shipping & Handling Processing Time; has been extended from 1 day to 3 days + Shipping time.
