Vibrational Energy
Rose Quartz
A calming and reassuring crystal, excellent for use in trauma or crisis. It strengthens empathy, sensitivity, and aids in the acceptance of the necessary change. It is also an excellent stone for comforting grief.
The soft pink emanations of Rose Quartz comforts and heals any wounds the heart has suffered, penetrating the inner chambers of the Heart Chakra where emotional experiences are recorded and stored.
It dissolves the sorrows, worries, fears, and resentments suppressing the heart's ability to give and receive love, and replaces it with healing, comfort and inner nourishment. A deep sense of personal fulfilment and energy forms a new foundation where inner peace and contentment can become a personal reality.
Amethyst
Because Amethyst initiates wisdom and greater understanding, it is a comforting crystal for those grieving the loss of a loved one. Its presence communicates that there is no death, only transitioning and changing forms.
It encourages the release of sorrow and rejoicing in a loved oneβs spirit being freed from the confinement of the physical body. Called βthe soul stone,β Amethyst assists in understanding and connecting to the eternal existence of the soul and initiates oneβs own deep soul experiences. It is an ideal crystal to hold or meditate upon the death experience, of a loved one.
Apache Tears
A gentle form of Obsidian that links easily with the emotional body, helping cleanse and heal old wounds and long-held grievances and uncover frozen emotional patterns held below oneβs level of awareness. It may be used as a rescue stone for fear, panic, and shock, and is best known for its comfort and support during times of grief and mourning. Apache Tear can be especially consoling for those dealing with grief, carries a strong Earth energy that links with the sacred aspects of the physical realm and is a reminder that all frequencies of energy emanate from the Divine and can be sources of spiritual teaching and knowledge.
The legend of Apache Tears claims the Earth cried whenever an Apache warrior was killed in battle. It stems from an incident in the 1870s when a tribe of 75 Pinal Apaches was pursued by the U.S. cavalry for raids on an Arizona settlement. Those who werenβt killed in the initial volley of shots leaped over a precipice to their death rather than die at the hands of the soldiers. The women of the lost warriors were said to have wept for a month and their sorrow was so sincere, the Great Spirit pressed their tears into small black stones, that when held to the light, reveals the tears of the Apache. These stones are believed to bring good luck and whoever owns one will never have to cry again, for the Apache women shed their tears in a place of ours.
Angelite
The form of Anhydrite that brings us the softest energies in the mineral kingdom. It is so named as it seems to contain the soft, yet unyielding energy of the Angels. The stone of quiet strength and acceptance. Quite likely to be the strongest "gentle energy" stone in existence. It is a stone of angelic calming energy, excellent for purifying the emotional body. Angelite, has a connection to the higher realms, facilitating angelic communication. It is a very soothing, peaceful and uplifting crystal, very helpful during times of Grief.
