It’s the exhausting time of the year again where your inbox fills with sale offers, social advertisements blast discounts, BOGO reigns supreme, and SALE is the most popular 4-letter word. But not at Soul Healing Store & Practice. Despite the retail pressure, as the brand’s founder, I am committed to never going on sale - ever - and I’d like to take a moment to explain why.

Integral to Soul Healing Store & Practice are the Values of Authenticity and Kindness. Authenticity to me means being transparent in what I communicate and always looking for opportunities where I can improve. I always try to do what feels right as a brand, Healing Practice and in line with our Soul Healing Store & Practice Code Of Ethics. 

Kindness means treating everyone with understanding and respect, from my suppliers to my customers and everyone in between.

With these ideals in mind, first, I want to ensure that I can offer ALL of our customers the lowest possible price all year round. To do so, I design, make, and price our Grade AAA Crystals to their true value and I do not price our Grade AAA Crystals to go on sale.  Besides guaranteeing fairness for all our customers, it also helps me ensure that I am paying our suppliers fair and living wages for their work. As our Energetic Crystal Pieces develop from my idea, putting always first our customer’s needs in mind… from my Home Based Studio to your Home. 

Second, I think that there is nothing more frustrating (in retail) than when you buy something and then see it on sale 2 weeks later! I don’t want our Soul Healing Store & Practice community to feel that buyer's remorse, so we keep it consistent for everyone, year round.

Third, I acquire my Grade AAA Crystals from trusted and environmentally respectful suppliers in small quantities from around the world. While this does mean my Crystal Pieces often sell out, it also means I do not have any existing excess stock that I need to quickly sell on an urgent flash sale. As a bonus, my small, unique and very personal stock helps me to minimise our environmental footprint.

Lastly, as a brand and as a trusted Healing Practice, I believe that you should only purchase something if you really, truly love it and need it and always think about your price per purpose, healing intention, quality and the warranty and ongoing support I always provide to every customer and client from our Store and Healing Practice.

I have created all our Soul Healing Crystal pieces to be high-quality pieces and they are not just a fashion statement, that you wear to match your outfit, of course YES! you can match your outfit with our colourful and vibrant crystals. However every Soul Healing Store & Practice Crystal piece, do offer much more than that, they are your ally, your Guardian Angel and your every day life cheerleader and support.

Because I have created every individual Crystal piece, to support my clients Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual wellbeing, that is my Intention the pure true essence behind this brand, my sacred space or as I named myself …
