Belief CLEARING Program AGREEMENT

Program directed by certified practitioner | weekly visits

Payment Plan Terms & Conditions  

  • Belief Clearing Program sessions, will be provided as described at BELIEF CLEARING PROGRAM

  • Weekly/ Fortnight sessions scheduled by me in a timely manner for each consecutive week through the Program duration.

  • Any rescheduling is done within the same month when possible, and by 24 hours before a scheduled session. 

  • If sessions are not scheduled during the consecutive week, they will be carryover into the next week for the duration of the Belief Clearing Program, eight (8) sessions (Appointments).

  • Belief Clearing Program is based on a total of eight (8) appointments, which will be scheduled - 1 session at week.

  • Payment Plans sessions are not transferable, nor can they be gifted to another person.

  • Credit card information is captured upon Acuity scheduling in the initial payment plan session. This is the same payment method which will be used until the Belief Clearing Program is paid in full. 

  • Payment method can be updated at anytime and at the time of scheduling this Payment Plan.

  • Depending on the day of the week, this Payment Plan form is submitted, the type of Payment Plan and Soul Healing Practice’s scheduling availability, Belief Clearing Program Sessions may begin the following week from the date below.

  • This Belief Clearing Program Payment Plan Agreement is accepted, when signing up, and upon the initial payment of this Program.
