REIKI healing
The word Reiki (pronounced ‘ray – key’) translates from Japanese kanji – the Japanese system of writing – to mean ‘Universal Life force Energy’. In broad terms, Reiki is a healing technique with origins in Japan, that reduces stress and induces deep relaxation. Reiki can be further translated as: Rei = universe, spiritual consciousness, God, heavens + Ki = non-physical life energy that inhabits all living things, breathing life into, prana (Sanskrit translation), Chi (Chinese translation)
Reiki has no religious affiliations.
Some general foundations for understanding Reiki include:
Life Force Energy flows within and all around us in our non-subtle body or physical body (cells, tissues, organs), as well as through our subtle body which includes our chakras, meridians and auras. The flow of this energy can become disrupted or blocked when we absorb or accept – consciously or unconsciously – negative thoughts and feelings.
When our energy is out of balance, we may feel stress in our bodies and minds. We are all part of a larger universal energy.

OKUDEN REIKI COURSE - LEVEL II
OKUDEN is a Japanese word meaning ‘inner teachings’. As the word implies a deeper understanding and connection to Usui Mikao’s teachings, is achieved during this course. Develop your personal practise and gain Professional Practitioner status.
SHINPIDEN REIKI TEACHER - LEVEL III
SHINPIDEN is the Japanese word for ‘mystery teachings’. It is aimed at Level 3 Practitioners or established Reiki Masters who wish to continue their personal journey. Self-empowerment is attained in SHINPIDEN through a strong energetic connection to the source of Reiki.
